Virtual Precision LLC is owned and operated by Arno Lippassaar, Retired New York State Trooper of 23 years, Senior Firearms Instructor, and Master Instructor with the New York State Department of Criminal Justice Services. Upon retiring, Arno became heavily involved with Smart Firearms Training Devices by helping to refine and improve their line of training guns and has worked with them as their Director of Sales for the past 6 years. Through this experience, he saw the need for affordable and effective firearms use-of-force and decision-making training. Simulators provide that opportunity. Many are out of the price range of most police departments and can be very complicated to set up and operate. We created Virtual Precision, LLC and brought together simulator packages to fit any budget and are easy to use. We understand training because we have been involved with it from the agency perspective and from the training industry. Training time is valuable. Our systems allow you more training time. When you purchase a system from us, you get us as well. You get our full support and experience, and we also offer full set-up and training as needed.
